It was so slow, I barely felt a twitch. My mistake for having high expectations just because it was hyped all over social media. I get why people find it eerie, it does feel realistic, but the pacing was painfully sluggish

Ok first off I didn’t know it was shot in Montreal! As a Canadian I loved that. Also brought me back to HS French class with the dialogues.
The movie: unsettling and a tad morbid; as a true crime fan, it’s good to see the flip side of investing too much energy into an obsession

Felt long but I enjoyed that about it? Felt like the anxiety was really built up to her crash out.

This was a lot better than I expected. It explores the voyeuristic darkness hidden within the dark web through a court case of a child murderer. While it’s not a jump scare kinda horror movie, this one has more potential to stay with you long after you’re done watching. A slow burn that lingers. Enjoy with the lights off.
