- I’m a be honest this was going to a dislike if I didn’t find out halfway through that it was a biopic
- I still couldn’t give it a like tho because this mfer did not deserve a movie about himself he deserves jail time
- The actors played a great role of making me hate them lol

Robert De Niro delivers a strong performance as Jake LaMotta, with an impressive physical transformation. The black-and-white cinematography adds a sense of mystery to the liquids, enhancing the film's atmosphere. However, the slow pacing makes it hard to stay engaged, & the fight scenes feel unconvincing.

Hard to bear

Male insecurity and obsession represented in the best possible way by Scorsese, really damn good.

Raging Bull is in perfect keeping with Scorsese’s work at the time — drenched in Catholic blood and guilt, full of self-loathing fury.
