- I’m a be honest this was going to a dislike if I didn’t find out halfway through that it was a biopic
- I still couldn’t give it a like tho because this mfer did not deserve a movie about himself he deserves jail time
- The actors played a great role of making me hate them lol

Robert De Niro delivers a strong performance as Jake LaMotta, with an impressive physical transformation. The black-and-white cinematography adds a sense of mystery to the liquids, enhancing the film's atmosphere. However, the slow pacing makes it hard to stay engaged, & the fight scenes feel unconvincing.

This is a brilliant movie - just over two hours, but there isn’t a single second too much. Robert de Niro and Joe Pesci are brilliant. Really worth watching.
