one of the harder-hitting noirs that i’ve ever seen with an intelligent narrative and very well-realized characters. the final scenes are legendary; probably kubrick’s earliest triumph, and just an excellent film that anyone would enjoy

the characters were cool and natural, the pacing was great and overall it was a nice watch. (6.2/10)
