a sensual movie that explores so many addictions in such an impeccable way—drug addiction, the addiction for human connection, along with lust and love, and the addiction to live. a movie about the need for interconnectedness, the need to not only exist, but to exist together. expertly filled with metaphors. the acting is so perfect that the word “perfect” doesn’t even begin to describe it. the costumes, the writing, the cinematography, all absolutely phenomenal. what an ethereal movie that makes you appreciate the beauty of life
