what the FUCK is this

I don’t know what was worse… the visual effects or Tom Hank’s weaving in and out of his accent. This just did not work on so many levels.

the trailer scared me i don't wanna watch it i automatically dislike it😍

Is was an exact copy of the animated Pinocchio except it felt rushed and they had a few extra scenes that had no real contribution to the story.

Visually great but I just don’t care for the original and this was just that but visually improved.

They allow for some good emotional moments with a story that we've known before. Hanks does a good job as Geppetto & leads to the human connection to this story. Sometimes, however, some re-interpretations within the plot do not work.

Hi-Diddle-Dee-Dee, it didn’t work for me.
Despite all the fairies and waving of wands, there is just not much magic here….

Absolute disgrace to the original Walt Disney classic

I actually enjoyed this movie, some aspects are better than the original and I think this one created some better focus on places which lacked. I think the added part with Fabiana added a key trusting element. I did love the symbolism and attention to detail, especially in Act I.

Another bad Disney live action remake, there are things I like, the donkey scene is pretty good, the adult jokes got a laugh out of me but this is bad. Tom Hanks is not very good as Gepetto, but Keegan Michael Key is great as Honest John. Some of the CG is pretty bad.

I LOVE GUILLERMO DEL TORRO 😭 I LOVE STOP MOTION!!! I own the artbook for this movie and I saw the figures used in the film in MOMA’s museum exhibit when it was open!!! So amazing to experience!!!

couldn’t finish it. original is better even if i don’t like it

Good actors, they played really well, but I forced myself to watch it, since never liked Pinocchio. Here is the same, creepy plot, that the wood becomes alive. Definitely not for me.
