I don’t know what was worse… the visual effects or Tom Hank’s weaving in and out of his accent. This just did not work on so many levels.

I like a lot of the changes they made compared to the original animated version. Gepetto got more of a backstory as to why he made Pinocchio. It was good to see Pinocchio struggle more with deciding between right and wrong. Added characters that became his friends along the way.

I LOVE GUILLERMO DEL TORRO 😭 I LOVE STOP MOTION!!! I own the artbook for this movie and I saw the figures used in the film in MOMA’s museum exhibit when it was open!!! So amazing to experience!!!
