Leaving a review 10 minutes in because I just NEED to say… the parents in this are so… goddamn… FOINE. Genuinely didn’t know what to do with myself everytine Dennis came on screen. The eyebrows/beard… the hairy legs… the hung smile… my god I need more men objectified in horror.

Odd ending tbh.

I'm really getting tired of the style of this franchise,waiting around for hours aimlessly for a couple of jump scares. Same old boring story and structure every time,and u basically have to wait until the last 5 minutes to get to smth
I don't think I'll be watching the rest. 1/5

the best paranormal activity movie (in my opinion) it was so scary especially the last part never fails to traumatise me, acting is amazing. perfect pacing, can't find one bad thing in this movie

9/10 reminds me of my childhood I love this series

still haven't seen the first one but i know that 2 and 3 take place beforehand. the oscillating fan camera was crazyyy. the scene with toby under the blanket was cool, i wasn't expecting that. enjoyable 6.8/10

Slow and not scary (disclaimer: I’m high)

The first of the bunch to break away from the standard single shots. The oscillating fan camera delivers a lot of unease to viewers. Awesome 80s throwback. Easily one of the best of the series.

best paranormal activity i’ve seen so far. incredible that a THIRD movie in a series is one of the most engaging i’ve seen thus far. i was VERY terrified

i just finished this and omg scared the shit outta me

honestly very scary movie. some points you get bored like jesus when is something good gonna happen and the a bunch a scary stuff happens and you love it, but i wish we got more backstory about the witches and everything and i wish julie watched the tapes oh my god. but very good
