a movie about absolutely nothing that is also about absolutely everything. feels like a memory more than a film

Regardless of how you embrace that theme, the way it's presented and executed here is flawless. The performances are amazing and the way Jarmusch uses this kind of world is simply fun.

I felt like this movie had potential, but I didn’t get the plot through it. It got kind of boring, sadly

good aesthetics, not much else. no plot or action to speak of, world’s crunchiest wigs, and vampire rules were never defined, just kind of peppered in as vibe setting elements. AND their blood was extremely the wrong texture. it’s a vampire movie you can’t do the blood wrong cmon
