Nocturnal Animals

This is a very interesting movie, in that there is one story being told in the real world and another parallel to it in a book. There is no other word to describe the opening scene of this film than “wack”, but the rest of the movie is pretty great. Very thrilling.

First half was kinda bad, but it got better as it went on. Definitely didn't appreciate getting flashed in the opening scene. The acting was overdone from Gyllenhaal and Adams imo but Shannon and ATJ were great. Wish Linney had more screentime
