Mothers' Instinct

A wickedly disturbing story on grief and guilt. I can tell this was a book because that plot gave me some of the best thrilling I've had all year. A stress induced nightmare, from the very start to the very end, nothing works out the way you expect it. Hathaway and Chastain do an amazing job. I honestly couldn't keep my eyes off the subtle expressions that tell so much yet so little. The 1960s aesthetics are crazy good, the cars, the costumes, the soundtrack, you can barely tell it's low budget. Also, I liked how every character was up for judgement, based through the lens of mothers.

HATE THE ENDING
HATE that Celine try to blame on her best friend…..She is nice and trying to warn her but why did she go to ruin innocent family.Trash movie What can we get lessons from this kind of movie.Bad peoples wins?No I never hate a movie that much.

I loved it! The two main actresses are phenomenal. The ending was also very juicy!!

6/10 Grief/Gilt/Betray. Well delivered and acted piece from book to screen. No surprises, it play out as expected although still an interesting watch. Recommend.

I had a feeling I knew how this was going to end, and I was right. Insane. There were some moments that made me go “maybe I’m wrong”

The story is a little simple, some topics could have been touched upon more or sooner. Some things that are never given closure.
