La Vie en Rose

Not the biggest fan of this movie but it was on TV so I decided I’d give it a try.
The first half of the movie was pretty boring but the other half was amazing.
It’s been a little since I’ve watched a movie in a foreign language and I didn’t know much about Edith before but now I do so I guess that counts for something.
Great performances and great acting but probably wouldn’t sit down and watch it again since it wasn’t really for me.

I love the acting in this film, it’s phenomenal. It’s a fascinating story and it’ll never cease to make me cry.

first half is bad, second half is incredible and sad and possibly one of the best performances i’ve ever seen
