John and the Hole

id have an easier time teaching a snail rocket science than explaining what the hell this movie was

The main storyline was alright, pretty unsettling. But the side story with the mother and daughter is so confusing. I keep trying to understand how it connects to the rest of the plot and I just can’t.

I put this on my watchlist because of Michael C Hall but it was more creepy and weird than I could have hoped for! I think the allegory leaned too far into the eccentric, but I still really liked it.
