No scandal, just a shit film.. Yet to see a good Gaspar Noe movie

In my opinion, this film is a very powerful and courageous piece of work. Noé was not afraid of negative criticism or even death threats from viewers. He knew exactly what he was bringing to the screen with this masterfully crafted film.

This is a boy movie if I’ve ever seen one. Movie for boys. I mean it in a bad way. The camera work is so great though you almost forget the plot is so fucking stupid. Like wdym ur gonna go try to kill that guy RIGHT NOW instead of spending ur girlfriend’s dying moments with her. Like I guess he can do that I guess that’s a kind of guy. Idk I didn’t get it. Like there’s kind of nothing to get and it’s both the directors barely concealed rape fantasy and revenge fantasy at the same time but also like it’s kind of freaking awesome. So I’m conflicted. Wish I thought of making my movie go backwards first I would have made a way better movie with that but I can’t do it now cause this freak already did it. Whatever I don’t even know what the hell are movies even.

10/10 Gasper Noe, you brilliant freak. I love the message time only makes things worse we need to act now and films like these help us open our eyes to the hideous reality we live in. No will ever sit through that whole scene too much harsh reality to stomach. So heartbreaking.
