Preferred Ron Pearlmans version but still enjoy the concept

I’m a big hellboy fan and this exceeds the expectations for it
I thought that the movie would be bad since remakes usually suck but it was actually really good.
I love the action
Love David Harbour but he did not beat Ron Pearlman in this remake

I love the originals, please don’t get me wrong, but I loved this version. The bloody gore and foul language was great. Maybe I’m just a sick fuck 🤷🏼 I didn’t think David Harbour was bad. I feel his make up could have been way better. Looking forward to the sequel.

As a stand-alone it was decent. Felt quite light hearted with questionable cgi.

The monsters near the end were sweet looking, one of my favorite scenes by far.
