Love that it has the same vibe as the 1st, though less straightforward I guess. The characters seemed more fleshed out and the banter and humor was more fun, but I think I liked the story more in the 1st. Still, a fun villian who wasn’t even that generic. Liked the plant monster

this is a true BANGER. It really takes the first movie and dials it to a ten. The world building is bigger, the motives are bigger, and the lore is bigger (and the guns). Also props to the practical effects. 🤌🏼

This leans hard into fantasy, and it works more often than not. The creatures are jaw-dropping, and the world is immersive.

Vast improvement from the first one!
