crazy how i’ve heard abt this man on socials and he now has a documovie. his routines are wild, the relationship with his son is strange, and trying to make a religion out of this is bonkers. it’s intriguing how certain ppl view lifespans and would do anything for anti-aging.

“I really want to have multiple lifetimes with my son. 100 years is not going to be enough” (1:00:00) Love his relationship with his son, Talmage, & his dad!
“If I end up looking like a marvel character, [after all this, then] all the better.” Lmao love his attitude.

Wasn’t a huge fan of this. I figured this doc would be more routine based, showing the ins and outs of everything he does. To be fair it kind of does, but not to the extent I was hoping. It was mainly based on his personal relationships and past experiences with media.

Review: pretty interesting and insightful. Bryan kinda has a weird relationship with his son but I guess that’s what happens when you live this lifestyle. Total puff piece but still fascinating to hear his rationale for his experiments.
