I mean… reality tv in the early days! I don’t agree with it all but I’m not shocked. I think Julian Michaels just wanted fame and to look good. College me fell for it. She wasn’t qualified. Bob Harper at least shows up on the doc to talk? And Dr. Robert Huizenga seems sweet.

I remember loving the show back in the day. Now watching this documentary, it was so horrible. The way they can treated the contestants how they would shake the camera if they fell or sat down to make it look like they caused earthquakes to make them embarrass themselves and to starve themselves.

Definitely remember thinking this show was wild and intense as a kid… I was right then. Definitely a great premise that got overtaken by network and corporate greed.
