I mean… reality tv in the early days! I don’t agree with it all but I’m not shocked. I think Julian Michaels just wanted fame and to look good. College me fell for it. She wasn’t qualified. Bob Harper at least shows up on the doc to talk? And Dr. Robert Huizenga seems sweet.

I remember loving the show back in the day. Now watching this documentary, it was so horrible. The way they can treated the contestants how they would shake the camera if they fell or sat down to make it look like they caused earthquakes to make them embarrass themselves and to starve themselves.

Interesting to hear although a little disappointing that most of the interviewed contestants still had good things to say considering how unhealthy it was. Angered at the end though when 2 of the women admitted to currently using drugs to lose weight.

It was neither good nor bad, its very sad that people sign up to these kinds of shows, rather than seek advice from a nutritionist or google really and an exercise routine, you do not need to punish yourself to lose weight, its okay to make slow consistent steps.
