I absolutely LOVED this movie and wish I found it sooner! I love whatever genre this is and need more unserious movies like this. Cast was amazing.

Classic sexy Banderas and Hayek, but the gunfight sequences and stunts are unbelievably corny.

Good fight scenes, good music, decent premise. I enjoyed this, granted I had a little higher expectations due to word of mouth, but overall liked this movie. 7/10

Looked great and sounded great on Blu-ray. The combination of tight action and humor plays so well. The tone is hard to match. Such a fun movie.

I watched this film a lot in high school, for obvious reasons *cough* Salma Hayek! I might have worn out my VHS copy in one particular place! I’m probably one of the few people who knew about El Mariachi before this film came out. Such a well made film, if not his best!

Really liked desperado because Banderas is amazing, but also because Roberto Rodriguez used the same "thongs gun" in "From dusk till dawn" and its hilarious😂

Explosive and seductive 😎 A classic Robert Rodriguez grindhouse film. The passion between Banderas and Hayek is iconic. People will criticize it for being a grindhouse film, but it’s what people like. It’s not pretty or perfect, or really at all endearing, but it’s entertaining.
