Arcadian

8.0 - This was a blast. A little bit A Quiet Place, a little bit Aliens. Weird creatures, cool traps, bloody fights, a little emotion, strong tension, & great performances from all 3 leads. It’s very dark visually, & the occasional shaky cam was bad, but those are minor issues.

An infuriatingly simple Creature Feature that skimps on any plot, setting, or character development.

This movie gave me such anxiety. It was slow at first but once it got going it was great! I was fighting tears at one point I was so on edge. I did not expect to love this movie as much as I did!

The monsters were really weird. And there needed to be more of an explanation of what was happening and why they were in this situation (it never explained anything).

Loved the monster design but that was about it
