All in all, I'd say it's decent. I'm writing this weeks after watching it. I remember some of it mentally, but physically I remember exactly how I felt. It looks beautiful, sounds better than expected and plays out like a fever dream. I can't put together the story but certain dialogues and sequences leave your mind boggled. A word that kept coming to me was 'sinister'. Julia Garner and the rest of the cast, play delirium on one foot. 'What a marvel'. I look forward to seeing her as silver surfer even more now. I just wish this was a movie I could like.

i really love what this adds to the rosemary’s baby narrative and the end really highlights how evil what they did to rosemary was after it made terry kill herself. and considering how widespread this cult is implied to be imagine how many other women suffered in this way 😠

i haven’t seen rosemary’s baby yet so idk the connection there but i thought it was pretty good. the third act felt kinda rushed but it has good acting & is visually stunning. i also liked the different designs representing the ‘devil’ character. they were creepy & creative

idk it was weird and unsettling sure, but it was okay
for a second there i genuinely thought she was gonna pull a dani from midsommer and join them, but well… then the ending happened

It’s a prequel to Rosemary’s Baby yet it feels like it copied the originals homework too much.

Basically a remake of rosemary’s baby with younger actors, masquerading as a prequel. Expected much more, did not deliver imho

Visually it’s really great and started strong but I definitely lost interest about mid way through.

Liked the acting, and the plot. Just didn't expect this ending tbh. It deserved better

I don’t love movies where almost everyone in the persons inner circle is conspiring against them(I’ll change the thing if I’m wrong but I don’t think I am)

The talents of Garner and Wiest are completely wasted on this rehash of the original. There’s nothing new here, I’d like to have seen more of the lore explored and some real horror. Liked the nod to the original at the end and Garner shows her talent throughout but otherwise…meh

a prequel to rosemary’s baby which had some cool stuff but the story is way too much like the original. I mean change it up a bit. It’s 50% the original movie with some subtle changes. It’s not bad and I liked the backstory and the way it led into the original but they could have done more with it.
