You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment

Not what I thought this doc would be about. More of a doc about how we shouldn’t be eating in America versus the experiment.

Starts off as an interesting diet experiment with identical twins w differing diets but prob 75% of this doc is anti-meat preaching. Def a *lot* of issues in meat industry with health and ethics but not really what I signed up to watch. 🥩🍗🐟 4ever (ethically raised of course 😉)

Now I’m on my plant-based shit! Gotta lower my cholesterol anyway 💯

This helped me understand many things about food and how much it impacts our bodies

It’s okay. I felt like it was way too long for it what it was and the results were muddled by too many cofactors. The twin angle was neat and clever but they needed it to be more controlled and longer than 4 weeks. Cut out the agenda and focus more on the results and implications.
