I’d have liked a bit more elaboration around the science of tsunamis. They would kind of revisit it throughout the episodes but gave only little snippets of why they happen and how they work.

The stories of the survivors and how they found each other moved me to tears.
So much suffering

I did not know this occurred. This doco is incredible and so so eye opening.
It will leave you truly taken back at how this amount of devastation could have occurred

Really good and super sad. Loved the way it really highlighted all the heroes of that day, and the survivors, and how people come together in a crisis like this. Definitely worth a watch

Excellent documentary…never before seen footage of the worst tsunami ever recorded. Highly recommend.
