The animation is kind of weird sometimes but the powers are just so intriguing it makes it worth watching just wondering who’s the final boss. Kind of hate the mc’s attitude but thats just as usual, reminds me of Natsu from Fairy Tail.

It has some crazy potential but unfortunately it fails to ever utilise it, along with some horrid fan service and basic plot, Tougen Anki is a frustrating series which luckily does have a few redeeming factors, just enough for an ok rating, 5.5/10

I love how this is blue exorcist coded
The first half was kinda shit ngl, I still liked it but the second half was more enjoyable. Fight scenes were pretty awesome and I like the plot. Some of the characters were annoying and poorly written. I hope for another season though, 7 🍿

It’s pretty good, but it could be better if the writers would just improve the storylines that go on in the anime and it would be better. There was just a lot of bland moments and gap moments that need to be filled in. I would rate this 7.5/10

It’s not bad honestly

Loved it reminds me of a few different anime shows out there enjoy the Dub cast can’t wait for Season 2.

I don't get the hate around this show! The story has a good plot, most of the powers on both sides are super interesting and fun, and the fights actually go pretty hard. It doesn't bore u with long back-stories, just snippets that connect people, powers, and story. Yes there are some annoying characters and cliche lines but overall this is a fun watch I'd give it a 8.3/10

I was ready to quit watching this so many times around the first half of the show, but I’m glad I didn’t because the last half was pretty good. The characters are so shit, the students are so annoying, 1-Dimensional and badly written. The first half was pretty bad tbh, everyone had a stereotype and that was basically the whole character. Some characters like shiki and Kougasaki had really good moments and were pretty enjoyable throughout the show, but no one else had consistently good writing and storytelling. Something that pissed me off the most was the egregious use of cgi, every single fight in the first half looked so ass, I absolutely hate that there wasn’t many actually well animated fight scenes until the second half. The second half really picks up. I think the story gets better, characters get better and the introduction to mikado was incredible, he really made the arc really good, his and shikis relationship was really well done. Also the fights were more interesting and looked a lot better, the last two episodes I didn’t notice any cgi that stood out, it all looked like good animation through the fights. Overall it’s not the greatest, far from it, but I’m definitely glad I didn’t drop it. Also why the fuck did all the female characters have absolute fucking massive balloons for boobs, seriously it’s so off putting and it’s so annoying that it makes you not think of them as actual characters of the show and not just serving some weird purpose, they are so big and so distracting, it’s the first thing you notice when looking at the characters.
