I really liked this, I have to say though episode 1, first 3 minutes, was by far the best thing we got throughout the show; not to say the show was bad, just that the first scene was just incredible.
Ventress is such a badass character, Bane's story was decent too, great history

A good series it doesn’t have the best story out the tales series but it’s the most consistent has two interesting characters and adds more layers to both and no bad episodes overall 7.7/10

Good little series, nothing mind blowing, but pretty enjoyable! I liked seeing more Ventress and Bane!

First ep. first scene!!!!!! The scream i let out lollll. Oh how I missed him. It was weird seeing him again after so long. Like seeing my dead wife.
Generally, it was good. I really liked the new jedi kid. he's a sweetheart.

I expected a cash-grab, but this gritty dive into the galaxy’s shadows totally hooked me.

What Worked:
The animation team pushed The Clone Wars engine, making the environments feel super cinematic. Burton and Futterman voiced Bane and Ventress with raw energy. Through my Methodist faith lens, seeing Ventress protect the vulnerable beautifully reinforced my beliefs about grace and how it’s never too late for redemption.

The Cuts:
Splitting episodes across two timelines meant the pacing really dragged for me. Keeping it spoiler-free, Bane’s backstory resolution relies on a forced twist that felt like cheap emotional manipulation. Also, the side characters felt super one-dimensional, acting purely as plot devices.

Verdict:
A gorgeous anthology capturing the messy Star Wars underworld. Great if you love character studies, skip if you hate disjointed pacing or bleak storylines.

Favorite Line: “I’ve been on the wrong side of the law too long to start playing the hero.”

A fun show with two three episode stories. I enjoyed them, but they both were fairly anticlimactic. Decent for exploring character of some marginalized persons, but I half expected more. 6.5/10

Ventress episodes were decent but the ending was really dumb, Cad Bane arc I loved

2. beste der Miniserien. Geile Charaktere mit Ventress und Bane. Ventress Story richtig geil, bei Bane leider sehr negativ (ist aber einer meine Lieblingschark.), deswegen paar P. Weniger. Trotzdem geil zu gucken

Good add on to the chacrters and cool to see Cads story and how he came to be. Didn’t like he killed his old friend, Cads fucked
