I loved it when I was a kid! Ofc the first few seasons were top tier but quality eventually went downhill, glad I grew up and stopped watching it before that tho lol

I own all the discs, seen every episode. I could probably find any episode someone was looking for. I watched it more as a kid, but now that I’m old I can definitely appreciate all the dirty jokes snuck in there

What else can you say? A true staple of 90s and on childhoods. SpongeBob may not be the greatest show in existence, but it can be fun for almost all ages. The earlier seasons writing strikes beautifully across the board with worry free joy.

The first few seasons were great, then the characters got more flanderized as the series went on until SpongeBob and Patrick seemed to be nothing more than mean-spirited idiots rather than naive, and a little stupid, but well-meaning characters
