I anticipate anything with Riz Ahmed involved, and my anticipation for this only grew throughout each episode. High production, brilliant performances, impressive casting, and peak South Asian representation. The story is weird, and I love it for all its motifs, messages, and point-blank abnormality. The cha'riz'ma, the charm, the dynamics, the Patrick Stewart, and the humour. I can't recommend it enough. The soundtrack too? Jorja Smith? I really hope there's a season 2. Forget James Bond, I want Riz leading his own action franchise, top to bottom.

Great take on mental illness, family issues, brown people issues etc etc.
Funny asl too loved Zulfi Riz Ahmed performance fye🔥🔥

if I don't know why I am...it's cause you don't wanna know.

Brilliant 1st gen story telling. If you haven't heard Riz Ahmed's The Breakup (Shikwa) I highly suggest watching that video.

Promising start and some clever ideas but really felt like a miss overall

Fun concept but it gets a little lost and too into itself as it nears the finish.

Funny as fuck.

An interesting series that talks about the hard life of being an actor. Mental illness, family issues, and overwhelming scenarios.

Riz Ahmed such a great job!

Brown and chaotic. We need more!

Started off very strong but by episode 4 it started to drag a bit. Still a good watch!

This seems like it would be super up my alley but I couldn’t get into it. I’ll try again, maybe it was me

A cada mentira fica mais desconfortante o caminho do protagonista, derrubar pessoas para subir no set de filmagem com um egoísmo estridente. O porco representa auto conciliação, e só quando ele perde o que mais temia ele entende que não é sobre estar no topo.

Hope there’s a season 2 of this one. Like to see more Pakistani and Indian actors getting some screen time. It’s funny with some action and some dramedy.

Loved the idea of representation it was funny and raw about a man carrying so much about his family but also being overwhelmed by them showing mental illness

T'was ok

This was a great watch!
