Bait

I anticipate anything with Riz Ahmed involved, and my anticipation for this only grew throughout each episode. High production, brilliant performances, impressive casting, and peak South Asian representation. The story is weird, and I love it for all its motifs, messages, and point-blank abnormality. The cha'riz'ma, the charm, the dynamics, the Patrick Stewart, and the humour. I can't recommend it enough. The soundtrack too? Jorja Smith? I really hope there's a season 2. Forget James Bond, I want Riz leading his own action franchise, top to bottom.

Brilliant 1st gen story telling. If you haven't heard Riz Ahmed's The Breakup (Shikwa) I highly suggest watching that video.

Started off very strong but by episode 4 it started to drag a bit. Still a good watch!
