Every character was annoying as hell

This show is great but at the same time it’s a lot going on. Coltrane, Ebony, and Charlie are geniuses that made mistakes, the rest of them might be dumb, especially LAPD. It’s been all over the internet but I felt this way before I seen it. At times Matthew’s (Isaiah) acting just felt artificial, it was hard to believe the character. Almost like he was trying too hard to be hard, he just felt out of place. Also Quincy’s (Deon) gave the same vibe, just less. He felt like a criminal that was trying to hard to be a gangster. He should’ve acted the way the actual gangster characters were acting, they did well. I can understand if they don’t have a 2nd season, but I feel like there will be one. This show is entertaining, just hard to believe at times, you should still watch it.

If this isn’t a poor man’s “Power”, with some highly questionable acting and writing…
This was truly nothing more than a Netflix throwaway & cash grab by producers. Predictable and often-gimmicky throughout.

solid, ended kinda abrupt

🤯 okay this truly was a good show. I’m mad at myself for not watching sooner but wtfffff. There were parts that were annoying me. I’m sorry but Isaiah was truly pissing me off. How do you afford veneers, a nice house and that hell cat on a detective.. I mean lieutenant salary. He’s so hell bent on catching the robbers that he doesn’t even focus on his own family and abandons his son several times. He’s so shady and insubordinate that it’s not hard to root for the “villains”. Even tho Deon pissed me off several times too with basically blowing their whole operation I was sad to see the way he went out. AHHHH I literally can’t even imagine. There’s so much going on and the way they ended it. Oh did I mention Noah pissed me off. Idk who pisses me off less in this show but it’s SOOO good and I can’t wait for season two.
