Monster: The Ed Gein Story

was rly excited for this but got three episodes in and couldn’t do it anymore, this genuinely sucks and it’s boring asf. the whole thing between the story and hollywood stuff made it confusing and i really don’t understand why it’s even a plot line. ed geins story is pretty short and straightforward, it seems like they just put in a bunch of inaccurate shit for filler.

Okay so I really tried to watch this one and tbh I was low key excited for it I left my Friday free for this. But it’s such a difficult watch I got to episode 3 and had to say enough is enough. Cuz it’s so uncomfortable I get, I know what there trying to do but this isn’t it..no

This was actually terrible. What even was that last episode and why are we trying to make this guy relatable

Is it well made? Yes absolutely. Is it enjoyable? Hard no. Out of all the monster shows this was by far the most disturbing and horrific. As far as the quality and acting it was really good. However due to its severity and ability to confuse reality I cannot recommend it.

There is so much in this!!! Horror, disgusting, disbelief, pity, sadness, understanding....... Definitely not for weak hearts tho

This was so good, hands down amazing. It was told so well, I love the way the depicted him driving into further insanity, showing his schizophrenia. I would recommend, especially if you find Ed Gein and his story interesting to begin with.
