Sickening. This woman was failed by everyone from the men who used her, the system that was supposed to protect her. What she did doesn’t even come close to the horror of what was done to her. And the fact that justice looked the other way? That’s the real crime.

A great true crime doc and truly bittersweet it how it pans out. rlly sad how it shows the justice system turning against Aileen. Ofc death is not ok for anyone but if what happened truly did & was covered up they all deserved it.

this woman was failed in every aspect of life. the attorney “not knowing” about richard mallory’s previous charges was so infuriating. she’s not innocent, but this absolutely should not have gone down the way it did. point blank period

Love how the cop had “no idea” the criminal history of the one victim who raped Aileen. Cops saw a gay woman killing white men and seized the opportunity to make a statement. The men didn’t deserve to die but neither did Aileen. Systemic failure. Beautiful doc though!
