Knuckles Reviews

This show was good, however for a show called Knuckles, we just didn’t get enough Knuckles. The visual effects were spectacular, the plot was pretty weak, villains not really thought through, but man do I love Idris Elba as Knuckles. This show wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great. 7/10

Welp that was a huge disappointment, which sucks cuz i really like the movies. They sidelined knuckles in his own show wtf. No shade to Wade but couldn’t care less about him or his storyline. i liked the first episode and the fight scenes were okay ig. 4/10

Fun spin off. Short 30 min episodes. Very silly and low stakes. Now I feel ready to watch Sonic 3. Yes I am an adult and I enjoy the Sonic universe, don’t judge me.

This show isn’t great and I get why most people don’t like it. That being said, I still found this show insanely entertaining. Sure I wanted more Knuckles, but the characters and world of this universe is just so deliciously cheesy and fun. This is my “turn my brain off” universe

I’m really disappointed. The sonic movies were great and so much fun and was hoping for the same to continue on to here, but I made it only an episode and a half before I couldn’t force myself to watch anymore. I really wanted to like it but Wade is not a main character.

Was excited for this because I genuinely love the movies, but these really lean into the “kid show” vibe where the movies are great for all ages. Really dumbed everything down to the point it was unenjoyable. 😕

I enjoyed Knuckles when he was there, but the whole plot about Wade is uninteresting to me. He was a small side character in the movies. The plot actually about Knuckles was underused.

Cute series but super cheesy at times. Not as good as the movies.

I’m severely disappointed.
I have problems with every character except Kid Cudi, and the Mom.
I wish that knuckles was about knuckles, because Wade is boring. This show is more about Wade’s Daddy issues and his Bowling team and knuckles is just taped in the side.
I understand CGI is expensive but if you can’t afford it, don’t make a show that entirely relys on CGI.
Wanda made me want to kill myself, she was so bad that I almost stopped watching.
The female GUN agent was overacting and it made me cringe. This show had so much potential and it was wasted.

The whole Wade story line was a bit boring, I didn’t really find his character that compelling in the movies either and for a show called Knuckles he’s barely in it. The fights were good though

what in the world were they thinking when making this show? like Wade isn’t a bad character he’s just boring and uninteresting. We go into this show thinking it’s going to be about Knuckles and boom we get this shit show. unbelievable.

This would’ve been good if it was truly about Knuckles and not written for 5 year olds.

The show should’ve been about Knuckles, Sonic and Tails bonding and learning their new world. Not Wade and his family.

i thought we'd get more of knuckles than what we did:/ kinda disappointed in that considering he and tails are my favorites in the sonic universe

Man I really was excited for this but they focus on the worst aspects of the Sonic movies. I wish the show actually had more knuckles rather than him just showing up for fight scenes. There are some highlights but overall very disappointing

I'd almost consider putting this in the love category. it's not that it is amazing, but it took a funny but forgettable sidecharacter from the movies and put him to the forefront to make a memorable and fun series.

Direct to DVD spinoff movies didn’t die. They just rebranded as terribly paced streaming shows.
