Fast paced game of thrones but no gay people😡

Got bored once they switch the main girl out

So far so good. ( Season 1 )
Slow but strong character building.
Lil dark but good cinematics.
We should not compare this to game of thrones as it is a prequel not a sequel.

I think it's fair to say this has Game of Thrones-level potential. Whether it be above, on par, or slightly below, that in itself is an achievement and a half. The acting, dialogue, drama, tension, and politics are throat-grippingly powerful, as expected, and aside from the rushed ageing in season one, I have no notes. It does get slightly convoluted, but personally, I love decoding the complexities of it all. Aesthetically, the cinematography, effects, sounds, costumes, designs, locations, score, and DRAGONS all edge perfection. I don't have much to complain about story-wise as I haven't read the books, but I will say it does get a little underwhelming in season 2. Thankfully, it picks up again in season 3, and now I'm anxiously impatient for season 4. I have no tears left to give. These dragons deserve better.

It wasn't at the level of Game of Thrones, but the level was very great as the first season, especially last episodes. 8.5/10

It’s a pretty slow watch. Definitely not among my top favorite shows but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Emma is so hot and great damn. I’m excited for season 3 in like 6 years probably.

So far so good. I’m enjoying the cinematography & the sets SO MUCH. I also appreciate all the complex characters and world-building. Definitely a bit slow, but I love the dialogue and character nuances. They also never fail to deliver a compelling ending each episode.

BOOOOO!!! It’s boring, it’s uncomfortable, it’s forgettable, it’s underwhelming.

This show is everything wrong with the later seasons of Game of Thrones. The characters make no sense, the story progression is dreadful, and the story itself is nonsensical. It’s bad.

After watching season 3 it’s a love

wow. wowowowow this show was soo amazing. i loved all the characters and all the deaths really made me so sad. one of my complaints with GOT was that i wanted to see more of the dragons so this really filled my need for that. really love it and will DEFINITELY be tuned in for the s4 and onwards

There was a real chance House of the Dragon became the spin-off for the hardcore fans of the first show. However, it’s emerged as one of the best-looking shows on TV, with blockbuster ambitions in every scene.

I cannot wait for S3

Ughhh what a show man, cannot wait for season 3 already

Nothing could ever compare to GOT but this is def a prequel to watch after. Its slow but keeps u wanting MORE 100% worth the watch. Got me hooked and binging in a day could wait to get home to finish it. U just wanna jump into the scream and tell them what to do. Overall amazing

Mit Seb geguckt, ersten 3 Folgen Zucker, dann zu krasser Zeitsprung, aber ab da dann wieder richtig geil, kann mit GoT mithalten + noch mehr Drachen, aber nicht so viel Nostalgie, deswegen:

Alicent and Rhaenyra’s dynamic wasbetter compared to fire and blood. Whered did Daeron go? There’s 4 kids and they literally forgot about him. Aegon is so not nice. Get alys and cregan stark here pls, they’re so slay. I liked the costumes better than game of thrones. Kinda fast

It was okay. I hated the fact that they changed Rhanerya and Alicents characters.
