I liked it but I think ppl glaze it too much. The writing was good but I think the biggest thing for me was I just got action fatigue during a lot of the Promised Day arc (mind u like 20 eps) so it was a bit boring. Fav action scenes tho: anything with Mustang; Scar vs Bradley.

Loved it. Loved the story telling, the visuals, the in universe magic system and the characters. Everything felt fleshed out and all the actions of the characters made sense due to their development. The fight scenes were absolutely magnificent. I love everything about this anime

I rewatch this series at least once a year. It is my comfort series. Traumatic shit goes down within the first 10 episodes, but after 5 seasons, I always end up fully in love with the characters. It’s like you grow and live through it all with them.This is my favorite series ever

8/10 this anime was def ahead of it’s time. Wish I didn’t keep falling asleep whenever I tried to rewatch it… other than the plot moving at snail’s pace in the beginning, it’s honestly such a wholesome anime 🙏🏽

Wow wow wow. Speechless. Loved this anime and it explores so many themes and characters. Very bingeable and great on dubbed.

10/10 Can’t say this is any of my top shows of all time but it really is just good. Took me some time to get into it but it is super interesting and cool.

I seen it everywhere on my Pinterest and finally watched it! If you’re new to the anime/manga world definitely should be your first anime to watch, all the characters are so likeable, and the story is filled with every emotion ever, definitely the one of my favorite animes!!!

9/10. As my first real introduction into anime, it’s a pretty good show. The mystery behind the homunculi and writing is expertly well done. The drama and darker elements of the show is balanced out by the childish nature of our two young protagonists. Newcomers should watch.
