I was looking for a simple yet dramatic series with some great world-building and sci-fi elements. This had all the potential for it all, and more. I was fitting into the first 2 episodes and could tell it was going to go heavy into lore but by episode 3 they managed to overcomplicate and prolong everything. It has Dune written all over it and that's why I loved it. Unfortunately, there were way too many people, places, theories, time cuts and technology to understand and enjoy. It turned into more of a chore and as a sci-fi nerd, it hurt.

Beautiful aesthetics and fell in love with the characters (Gaal Dornick, Salvor Hardin, Hari Seldon), but it’s such a galvanization of the book that it became unenjoyable. Sacrificed the mature philosophical themes for petty teen romance subplots. Disappointed.

Absolute stellar sci-fi

Amazing! Probably one of my favorite shows of all time. Definitely the best sci fi show I’ve ever seen. The world building and expansive universe and plot lines are amazing. Hope they can keep it up!
