I like this better than the way monster does their stories. This focuses on how he was a horrible person and how it affected everyone around him and it didn’t make him seem like he was a good person at all. I do feel like this went longer than I needed to however.

Liked that the serie focused on the victims and their families.

I’m so glad they highlighted the victim’s stories without making it all about their deaths or the serial killer. Phenomenal acting. Devastating stories. It’s so frustrating how long litigation takes.

Good but confusing if you look away for 2 seconds. So something I find strange is Robs mother was waiting to pick him up from work, he said to her he needs to talk to John about a job for a minute, then John says we have to go to my office so you can sign the papers and I’ll drop you home. SO why didn’t Rob tell his mother that John was gonna drop him at home? It was her birthday also, you can’t tell me he just forgot about her, he knew she was waiting and trying to rush. Unless there’s a silly way he told her off camera but I never saw him leave John’s presence that night to tell her.

One of the most evil sick individuals. Worst of the worst serial killers. Great show goes through pretty much every victim gacy killed.

Essa série foi feita a partir de uma escolha bem incomum de trechos. Entendo que a intenção era evidenciar as circunstâncias dos jovens vítimas, mas achei o ritmo muito lento.

Not bad, bit of a slow burner, Flashbacks can be a bit confusing. Great Acting nonetheless. 6/10

Fascinating show about how they caught serial killer John Wayne Gacy. But it was more about the victims and the investigation than the actual killer. That they didn’t explore some of his life in bigger detail was a bit disappointing. Give him the Netflix monster treatment.

Cool documentary, got me hooked

Boring. They didn’t show the trial or the murders. Instead, they kept jumping back and forth between years in the most ridiculous and incoherent way, just letting the murderer tell the whole story. Bad decisions— I was bored to death watching a show about a serial killer.

There wasn’t as much murdering as I would have thought, but I guess that’s the Monster effect. This show was actually really good and I love the casting for Gacy and the performance was awesome.
