10/10 - one word “Excellent”.

What's the point of making this a spy thriller with characters like Sarah Lancashire, just to infect it with unrealistic and useless protagonists? I don't expect realism, but I do expect sense. This flies high with contradiction. It tries to go against the 'stereotype' but ends up looking silly. 'The Day of the Jackal' on Sky knew how to put romance at the centre of a character, this puts 'romance' at the centre of the story. You can almost taste the factory plastic taste it leaves behind. The little details and dialogue go a long way, but as soon as it hits any ounce of action, it turns into something completely different.

it was just bland. some great cast/acting but for the most part ur just lost in a story that u think is about love? or spies? or murder? idk, couldn’t keep up and didn’t even feel the need to. too many unnecessary flashbacks, annoying.

of course it all comes together and is ‘fine’ in the end but an underwhelming finale that pisses me off will always ruin a watch for me. 3/10 couldn’t recommend

6.5/10, it’s a fine watch. Something very annoying about it I won’t say however. Had to dock a point.

i cant get myself to finish this 6 episode show and that speaks volumes. dropped halfway through

it was alright but it could’ve been great.

lesbians were the best part of this show. and sam. who should be counted as a lesbian. and also hector. who i think is straight but should also be counted as a lesbian. and cole. who. should. be. in. that. count.

all else eh.
