Batman: Caped Crusader Reviews

A fantastic iteration of Batman that gives depth to its heroes and villains’ motivations as well as showcasing Gotham as its own character. Really picks up a few episodes in. Batman / Bruce Wayne are clearly at the start of their career as a masked vigilante.

Its so short, I want more. I love how the villains are redesigned instead of showing the characters that you could watch anywhere else. all of the characters and atmosphere is played out so well and really brings you into 1940s gotham. can't wait for season 2

Season 1 - 8/10
Season 2 - 9/10

After watching season 2 I am excited to see how they continue this adaptation.

Batman can!

This one was very tough to watch l. The first half is like the most boring Saturday morning cartoon to ever exist. Then the second half goes back to the style of the 1st season and delivers some great villains and action!

“Brotherrr” liked this interpretation of the joker, wish we got to see more of him

My God it’s so good! This season is much different than the first but still just as good! I like the direction they took with this iteration. Batman realizing Gotham isn’t the only thing creating these villains but he himself too.
And Linklater is soooo good at voicing Bruce/Batman. Like he’s crazy good, I hope he continues voicing him in other projects.

10/10

IM BATMAN

:)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great series nothing beats the original Animated series of Batman but this one really plays into the Detective lore of Batman from the comics.

Dark. Film noire. Edgy. Animated. New tellings of old stories and villains keeping things fresh. I absolutely love.

Season 2 finally brings some of the villain classics.

Fantastic season. Not my favorite joker portrayal though

loved the noir theme and the throwback to the original series

🦇🦇

Really good so far, could go down as one of the best Batman iterations.
