It’s not bad. It’s a chill anime, but it does have a bit of boring parts here and there.

A surprisingly deep show, it takes a few episodes to get going but once it does it’s amazing, 8.7/10

Liked the fancy cocktail making and sleuthing out what a customer would prefer. The world building and culture around Japanese bartending and all its variation lacks basic depth. Main character is too pleasant and bland.

Phenomenal show. It does an amazing job of building up characters and interactions, while also being informative to bartending both inside and outside Japanese culture.

Good start, but then it gets kinda mid.

9/10 Surprisingly good series. I enjoyed a lot of the characters and all their backstory. This show made me want to go to a fancy bar and order a highball or a horses neck lol. I’m going to go try a sledgehammer now. I wish it was a longer series tbh, the ending felt a bit fast and short.

The animation is beautiful. The way the anime is made is very cool. It has deep messages.

I thought this would be more like Food Wars where they explain the makeup of the drinks and the origins. They got into that a bit but it was less centered around the drinks and more the bartender. Not a bad thing at all! I also really liked the underground speakeasy jazz music.

Chill Anime that had me feeling the urge to open a bar in Japan
