Cool plot and characters but a weak delivery

Gorgeous aesthetic, especially the second season.

Ending doesn’t solve as many questions as it thinks it does.

The demons are basically just people with ADHD.

An amazing series and part of me wants a 4th season! Felt a little rushed but what a great story. Probably should read the books! Recommend 💯 🧙‍♀️ 🧛

As a fan of the books I think they did a pretty good job at staying true to the story. Of course there are some cuts and changes, but they were minor enough that I wasn’t bothered by it. The camera shots were done beautifully, and the sets for the show made for a wonderful historic feel. All in all very happy with this shows depiction of the books, there are far too many shows that change the plot or major parts of the book/characters entirely ruining what book lovers want from a book to show/movie adaptation, so if you love vampires, witches, and daemons watch the show and read the books!!
