Cool plot and characters but a weak delivery

Gorgeous aesthetic, especially the second season.

Ending doesn’t solve as many questions as it thinks it does.

The demons are basically just people with ADHD.

This is twilight for adults and for anyone who enjoys supernatural romance. I personally continued to watch because of the beautiful photography and locations, as well as the lead actress who I feel is very underrated.

WHY ISNT THERE MORE 😭

Well, in general I liked the series (didn’t read the books). But you should consider it as a romance with some magic and fights.

I thought it’s a bit disappointing in the sense of showing off the powers of each creature. It lacked fights (based an all the drama happening over centuries) and most importantly, Diana’s powers. She is supposed to be the most powerful witch and yet, no harsh heavy fights and what they showed of her powers lacks everything in my honest opinion. If you watch how she binds Satu and kills Benjamin, you keep thinking like: wow, that is? It’s sooooo underwhelming.

So if you expect fights, lots of magic or so - this show is not for you
