1.5/5. Felt like any other streaming movie these days. Couple laughs more misses tho. Loved seeing Will Ferrell back in action. Seemed like he was gone for a while. Todays comedy, sadly will never be the same😢

dumb and so much of the dialogue was over the top ridiculous, i was rolling my eyes through half of it. the tension between reece and will didn’t have a hint of romance until they forced it at the end, like that just didnt make sense. a few funny lines but overall just felt like too much. wish we could actually get good romcoms, this was tragic for such a solid cast, but i truly didn’t expect much. 3.6/10 i wouldn’t watch again

Cringe. Jokes missed. Basic ahh plot. Comedy is dead with cancel culture. Movie gets worse and worse as it goes on. I wanted to punt that damn best women of Will Ferrells daughter. So unfunny and cringe 4.5/10

I was expecting an early 2000s type of rom-com since we haven't had one in ages. What we end up getting are over-exaggerated innuendos that actively keep you away from the screen. I will say 'Will' carried this, without him and some of the other absurd and random cameos, I'd have given this a dislike. Tension was great for the introduction, but it quickly slips and drowns out after the two parties 'meet'. The comedy and plot after that point led to the same typical underwhelming results with the same typical 'Gen Z' humour. Casting was fine, music was questionable. Overall it feels like saying 'no' to the proposal of a lifetime.

This is exactly what I expected. It’s cute, funny, sometimes dumb, but a nice movie to just unwind to and not take too seriously. Plus I love Reese Witherspoon!

they defs paid attention to the little details in this one and that goes a long way

5/10. Slightly average movie but had a few funny parts. Had a great cast and liked that Ava liked it which is what makes it a 5 instead of 4
