Wrath of Man

The 29th film of the Jason Statham cinematic universe employs director Guy Ritchie to once again inject some life into our former green beret. Issues with this movie: convoluted plot, forgettable antagonists, really bad Scott Eastwood. Good? I’m still not sure. It’s a forgettable Ritchie film and an even more ignorable entry of the JSCU. He’s a bad father and seeks vengeance, he’s ready for action but ready to let go, it’s a never ending story of forgettable tropes that Statham refuses to let go. Normally trust Guy Ritchie but this time he did not stick the landing. Statham did tho, cause he’s a star. 2.5/5

I discovered I actually did watch this just can’t remember when but yeah, good movie but I have always wondered how armored truck drivers train

My second Statham watch. A little more exciting and engaging but nothing spectacular. Big fan of Guy Ritchie’s sound design, somewhat reminiscent of Villeneuve Sicario or Enemy. 6.4/10 revenges?

If anyone other than Guy Ritchie directed this, it would’ve been buns. Pretty typical Jason Statham revenge/action plot, but Ritchie never misses.
