Wolf Man

5.9/10 Not a movie that’s super different then the other BM movies, just simple horror flicks to watch at night with a group of friends for the laughable scares.. It’s not a terrible movie, the acting is great especially>>

Wolf Man

Honestly, this hit. It had some creepy moments, but wasn’t as creepy as I wanted it to be. I really enjoyed the transformation but some areas of the story were definitely lacking. Had some shocking moments, left me pleased. I would see this again. Great in theatres.

Wolf Man

The true horror was the size of that damn spider, and how nobody killed it 😰. Anyway, looks and sounds great on the big screen, but not as intense as Invisible Man.

Wolf Man

I appreciate that this film tried to say something about masculinity, generational trauma, and what it means to be “a better man,” but it fumbles under the weight of its own intentions and ultimately doesn’t land. If you’re looking for a good werewolf horror, this ain’t it.

The father’s obsessive need to protect is rooted in fear, not love, and becomes its own kind of violence, even as he insists he’s trying not to leave scars. Meanwhile, the mother steps in with a quiet strength the film doesn’t seem to fully earn, but her line…”I’m always going to be here for you” rings so much truer than any of the father’s hollow promises of protection. The peace between mother and daughter in the final shot is exactly what the father and son in the story could never reach.

The worst part was the lighting, which is somehow even worse than today’s already too-dark standard, especially in the final half hour.

Wolf Man

A worthy werewolf entry with sharp creature effects & real emotional weight. The horror feels grounded. Solid monster movie material but, the werewolf design didn’t do it for me, was like a werewolf mid transformation, was expecting something out of Underworld or Wolfman 2018.

Very weak ending , lacked explanation or any backstory. Weak emotions by Julia Garner. Even though it had good makeup and vfx.
