Winter's Bone

9.2 - Ansolutely gripping. Both suspenseful & sincere. The pace is excellent, & you can really feel the effects of the setting on the story. Lastly, Lawrence is captivating. This launched her career & may be my favorite performance of hers. Will definitely be coming back to this.

A quiet one, so loud and yet without noise, I found myself connecting with the peaceful moment yet endlessly hard for all of them, reassuring in its entirety. Partly all this was possible by a powerful, quiet and deadly performance of Jennifer Lawrence, thank you!
