One of the best slice of life anime movies

Let me humble you real quick. Your Name was an easy read and if you didn’t see it coming you were blinded. WWY told a cute sob story and didn’t bore me half to death. Sorry not sorry but you can’t compare the two, they’re not the same!

This movie is the ugly version of your name, the story is creative with a trash application, everything doesn’t make sense in this movie, i hate it so much 4/10

I loved watching this in the theater. The weather will never stop two lovers who are meant to be. The animation and story is spectacular as expected from the director of “Your name”.

the art was great

Not really as good as Your Name, not that I was expecting any competition. But the animation is still as beautiful.

It was so amazingly cute and wholesome.
One of the most realistic but also not at all love story’s, and I loved every moment of it.

The animation is beautiful and I could watch it for hours on end. They were able to really capture the rain so beautifully.

Very chill

Good movie 😻

The emotion and drama were mostly there. I really felt this until the ending. It just didn’t sit right. It seemed like it lacked direction. Was this supposed to be an allegory for climate change? If so, it’s kind of a bad one. Anyways I thought this was just kind of meh. 5/10

This movie made me smile. Dare I say this is better than your name? Dare I do I lovec it I loved the characters all the characters I can’t pick who’s my favourite. It looks stunning fucking stunning not a single second of screen time is wasted it’s all..perfect. 10/10 MASTERPIECE

This is the second Shinkai film I’ve watched. Both are a bit weird but quite enjoyable. This one was way too drawn out though, with a narrative that wasn’t deep enough to support the run time. Had it been 20mins or so shorter it would have been much better. There’s a good cat!
