nice, didn’t expect much, thought it was a christmas movie. wholesome but a bit confused on how the dad just becomes happy again after greg lied to him. also the montage of them getting closer could’ve shown more. it went from 0 to 50 in terms of their relationship. all in all ok

I loved the books growing up, along with Dork Diaries.! This is my first movie from the new animated remakes, but I loved that the art style is inspired by the books art :)

like a low like? it was alright. i liked the plot and stuff and the book was good. but i feel like the voices were bad.

This was surprisingly really good. It’s a great story about communication and the high expectations we put on each other. I genuinely enjoyed this.

not as good as the live actions

this film was a quick, fun, and enjoyable watch. it felt like a mix of a few different book concepts, but i liked seeing greg and his dad grow closer. the animation style and book drawings were fitting, and it was an overall entertaining movie!
