Uncut Gems

aesthetically pleasing but very over stimulating/anxiety inducing in a way that didn’t add much. it feels like it was trying to be ~different~ by being paced in *that way* but it just came off as an unpleasant attempt at capturing the life style they think NYers have.

One of the most stressful films I’ve ever watched. Throughout the entire film I found myself mad at the decisions he kept making, but also wanting him to succeed. At the end I started thinking it would all come together, only for that twist to make me mad thinking that it could.

What a movie.
Adem Sandlers' performance is a sight to be hold.
The over stimulating nature of this film, while not for everyone, I think, is a really good vibe for this film, considering how intense both the business and social life is in the main characters' life. W film. 9/10

great movie. acting was peak, great plot. ending ruined it for me. i’m really bent on this one lol. i definitely recommend watching at least once though

IAM OBSESSED with this movie i felt like iam the one was taking the risk at every point . and i loved the ending unlike everyone i saw it more realistic like thats how it should ends . 10 /10

nice little movie. it was good to see Adam Sandler in something non-comedic. this movie also really reminded me of Marty supreme. absolutely loved the ending, it was everything to me and more. the concept of greed and self discovery equals a love for diamonds ig..
