Tron Reviews

not sure what i was looking at half the time

The pacing? Terrible. The CGI? Awful. Music? Not enough, which makes the movie feel empty and awkward at times. But damn if this isn’t a fun movie! This must’ve been super cool in the 80s so I’m trying my hardest to view it from *that* lens… but this is undeniably a classic.

Bro what the actual fuck

never heard of this series in my life. i’m watching all for the new one. this shi was so ah, couldn’t figure out the plot, hopefully next is better

Very old. Great concept that was greatly increased in Tron legacy. Absolute bop by the way. Getting ready for Ares tonight but hopes are not high

I didn’t hate it. It was some cool visuals for an early 80s movie. I don’t want to nitpick the visuals but just wasn’t completely used to it. The story was decent. I liked the stuff that was happening IRL then inside the program in this. I unfortunately didn’t get to watch this straight through, had to come back to it. I thought it was decent, maybe not as good as I expected it to be.

Low like. More of a fan conceptually but enjoyed too much to give it a meh.

It was a strange watch, I’m watching to prepare for the 3rd part coming out soon. I’m impressed with the animation used in the 80s to a futuristic gaming concept with a tinge of real world storyline.

“I was planning to hit the Pentagon next week” me too buddy…me too.

It was good, and for something that was made in 1982, genuinely looked decent, and I liked the concept.
My PERSONAL, and only problems were the fact that it just wasn't flowing, and there wasn't really any music in it...so you know, luckily the next movie fixes exactly those😌

5/10 - like a HS movie club watched too much Star Wars. Not for me, but I could see why it has a cult following.

This movie was just okay. It was kinda hard to follow at points though. I also think they should’ve tried to make the characters look more distinct from eachother, I kept getting the characters confused and couldn’t tell who was who.

6/10
I can see why this is became a cult classic. It simultaneously has some of the coolest looking visuals yet some of the worst things I’ve ever laid my eyeballs on

It’s not the graphics that throws you off. It’s the super mediocre story.

Legacy better

i wish this movie had the cgi of legacy and ares. would have made the movie superior. plot pacing and back story was questionable but it was good nonetheless. i need to talk to the director bc the videography is a little gay. lots of below bulge shots LMFAO

8/1/26: Damn you should watch it high

good stuff

Couldn’t stay interested

pretty but wtf
