One of my very favorite movies! I see this as being about raw determination and the unpredictability of life. I have seen this more times than I can count and it still gets better with nearly every viewing.

Sexy, bloody, and thrilling, with stunningly beautiful cinematography. A simple but never dull plot, with few twists sprinkled throughout to keep you on your toes. Government-mandated car chance sequence appreciation line.

One of the absolute best neo-noirs ever made. Friedkin at his absolute peak delivers a slick, uncompromising burst of pure criminal poetry. Willem Dafoe is a total force of nature right from the start. An 80s masterpiece with one of the greatest car chases ever put on film.

it was alright, see why it’s loved by many. liked the male nudity. that’s always nice.
