It won’t let me change my rating to Meh without retyping this but the pacing is shit and I still hate horses. Could’ve been gayer

Just like a horse, it's doing something and yet nothing at all. Whoever paired up Olivia Cooke and Anya Taylor Joy together knows me all too well. The casting and acting were probably the only things keeping me interested. Otherwise, the story is slow, the dialogue is pretentious, the music is mismatched, the messaging is messy, the tone is inconsistent, and the ending is underwhelming. All in all, it's the character twists keeping this well away from being a dislike for me. That and the sound of the rowing machine. I also didn't know this was Yelich's last film before passing.

Worthwhile premise. Solid acting. There’s an intent in there somewhere, but it wasn’t very interesting.

Interesting film , great performances all around, I think the story was good but maybe should have had more to it , seemed to straight forward to me but was a surprising ending.
