My sister described it perfectly - it’s like Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker meets The Monkees’ Head. Both artistic movies whose story is kinda all over the place but sprinkled with music and cool visuals. For that it’s not bad. But meh is closer than like haha

Surprisingly entertaining.

It was fine, not as bad as people said, but their criticism isn't entirely wrong.

The story was understandable but not cohesive. There were too many songs for too little dialogue, and the movie needed at least an extra 30 minutes to explain transitions better.

It felt more like a music video than a musical, with dialogue scenes existing only to segue into songs.

An autobiography shouldn't just portray the author as a victim; it should acknowledge their mistakes too, and Jennifer Lopez isn't known for humility, which definitely affects the film.

Overall, despite a large budget and good music, she made a messy, somewhat narcissistic, confusing movie, that probably could’ve just been a couple music videos.

Mind blowing (and not in a good way)

Basically a bunch of music videos combined into a movie. Cool animations and cameos with a message about self-love but that’s all.

This was good in that I felt truly out of my mind the entire time I watched it, but bad in that all the writing, performing, and visuals were just rock bottom delusional

Had to watch it in 1.5x to get through. It ended mid thought. Wasn't even so bad that it would be funny, just painful
